પ્રવાસની રૂપરેખા
ખડાયત યુવક સંઘ દ્વારા આયોજિત આ પ્રથમ ઔપચારિક પ્રવાસ એક અવિસ્મરણીય અનુભવ રહ્યો. આરંભમાં 100 સભ્યો માટે આયોજન કરાયું હતું, પરંતુ 275 સભ્યોએ ભાગ લેવાની ઈચ્છા વ્યક્ત કરી, જેના કારણે 125 સભ્યો માટે અંતિમ આયોજન થયું.

પ્રવાસની આયોજન અને વ્યવસ્થા
✔️ મુસાફરી:
➡️ આરામદાયક મુસાફરી માટે બોરીવલી અને ચર્ણી રોડ પરથી બે બસોની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી.
➡️ બસમાં મસ્તીભરી ગેમ્સ, મ્યુઝિક અને રમૂજમજાક દ્વારા એક ઊર્જાભર્યું માહોલ સર્જાયું.
➡️ સવારના નાસ્તાની ખાસ વ્યવસ્થા કરાઈ, જેથી સભ્યો ઉત્સાહિત અને તંદુરસ્ત રહે.

એક્વા ઇમેજીકામાં આનંદમય ક્ષણો
🎉 સ્વાગત:
🔹 પ્રમુખ શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈ સુતારિયા દ્વારા બધા સભ્યોનું ઉષ્માભર્યું સ્વાગત કરાયું.
🎁 ગિફ્ટ કિટ:
🔹 પ્રમુખશ્રીએ દરેક સભ્ય માટે ખાસ ગિફ્ટ કિટનું વિતરણ કર્યું, જે પ્રવાસની યાદગીરી રૂપે સાબિત થઈ.

🔹 એક્વા ઇમેજીકાની લોકપ્રિય રાઇડ્સ અને વોટર એક્ટિવિટીઝમાં સભ્યોને ઉત્તેજક અને મજેદાર અનુભવ મળ્યો.

🔹 સમૂહ ફોટોશૂટ અને મજેદાર સેલ્ફીઓ દ્વારા યાદગાર ક્ષણો કેદ કરવામાં આવી.

પ્રમુખશ્રી અને સ્પોન્સરશીપ દ્વારા ખર્ચ વ્યવસ્થાપન
💰 એક્વા ઇમેજીકા પ્રવાસનો ખર્ચ મોટો હતો, પણ પ્રમુખ શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈ સુતારિયા અને મુખ્ય સ્પોન્સર ખડાયતા ભુવન મુંબઈ ના પ્રમુખ શ્રી સંજયભાઈ સુતારિયાના સહયોગથી ઘટતી રકમ વ્યવસ્થિત થઈ.
✔️ આ સઘળી વ્યવસ્થા સભ્યો માટે ઓછા ખર્ચે વધુ આનંદમય અનુભવો આપી શકે તે માટે કરવામાં આવી હતી.

પ્રવાસનો સમાપન અને ભવિષ્યની યોજનાઓ
🌅 સાંજે, બધા સભ્યો મીઠી યાદો અને આનંદ સાથે ઘરે પરત ફર્યા.
🎯 આ પ્રવાસ ખડાયત યુવક સંઘ માટે એક મજબૂત શરૂઆત સાબિત થયો, જેનાથી ભવિષ્યમાં વધુ વિશિષ્ટ અને રોમાંચક કાર્યક્રમો યોજવાની પ્રેરણા મળી.

Trip Overview:
Organized by the Khadayta Yuvak  Sangh, this inaugural official trip turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Initially, plans were made for 100 participants, but due to the overwhelming interest, with 275 members expressing their desire to join, the final arrangements were made for 125 members.

Planning and Arrangements:

➡️ Comfortable travel arrangements were made with two buses from Borivali and Charni Road.
➡️ The bus journey was filled with high-energy games, music, and fun, creating a lively atmosphere.
➡️ A special breakfast arrangement was made to keep the members energized and in high spirits.

Exciting Moments at Aqua Imagica:

🔹 The president, Shri Brijbhai Sutaria, warmly welcomed all the members.

🔹 Each member received a special gift kit from the president as a memento of the trip.

Cost Management by the President and Sponsorship:
💰 The cost of the Aqua Imagica trip was considerable, but thanks to the support of President Shri Brijbhai Sutaria and Chief Sponsor Shri Sanjaybhai Sutaria , President of Khadayta Bhuwan Mumbai, the expenses were efficiently managed.
✔️ The entire arrangement was made in such a way that it provided maximum enjoyment at a low cost for the members.

Conclusion and Future Plans:
🌅 In the evening, all the members returned home with sweet memories and joy.
