શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘનું પરિચય
“શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘ” ની સ્થાપના જુલાઈ 1932માં શ્રી ચંપકલાલ નાગિનલાલ માશ્રુવાલા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ સંસ્થાની સ્થાપનામાં ડૉ. મનુભાઈ નાથજીભાઈ નાગર્શેઠ, શ્રી ત્રિભુવનદાસ ચૂણિલાલ શાહ, શ્રી કેશવલાલ સોમલાલ શાહ અને શ્રી છબિલદાસ લક્ષ્મીચંદ શાહ જેવા પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કાર્યકર્તાઓનો પણ સહયોગ રહ્યો. આ સંસ્થાનું મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ હતું - ખડાયતા સમુદાયના યુવાનોના વિકાસ, પ્રગતિ અને નેતૃત્વને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું.
વર્ષોથી, આ સંઘ યુવાનો માટે માત્ર એક સંગઠન નહીં, પરંતુ નાનાં-નાનાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રકલ્પો શરૂ કરવા માટેનું મંચ બની ચૂક્યું છે. 1940માં, સંઘે “ઉત્ક્રાંતિ” નામક માસિક પાઠ્યપુસ્તકનું પ્રકાશન શરૂ કર્યું હતું, જેને 1941માં “ખડાયતા યુવક” તરીકે નામ બદલી આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. 1948માં આ પત્રિકાને બાઈમાસિક અને 1953 પછી માસિક બનાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
કેટલાય વર્ષો પછી, દરેક નવી પેઢી એ સંઘની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ પર સુંદર અસર છોડીને ગઈ છે. 1956-57ના ચાંદીના જયંતી ઉજવણીના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન શ્રી કેશવલાલ સોમલાલ શાહના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ, અને 1982માં સુવર્ણ જયંતી ઉજવણી દરમિયાન ડૉ. આરવિંદભાઈ જશુભાઈ કાંદારા દ્વારા અનેક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ચાલતા રહ્યા છે.
આગળના દિવસોમાં, સંઘે વિવિધ નવી યોજનાઓ શરૂ કરી જેમ કે 1986-87માં શ્રી નવિંચંદ ચીમનલાલ સુતારિયાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ટેલન્ટ સર્ચ પ્રોગ્રામ અને મેરેજ ઇન્ટરસ્ટ લિસ્ટ, તેમજ અન્ય સર્જનાત્મક કાર્યક્રમો જેમ કે “ખડાયતા ખમેર” અને “ખડાયતા રિયલિટી શો” જે 2009-10માં શ્રી હિતેન્દ્રભાઈ ગાંધી દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા.
આજે, શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ, સંઘ યથાવત્ યુવાનો માટે પ્રેરણા અને સમાજસેવા માટેની નવી નવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ વિકસિત કરી રહ્યો છે. 90 વર્ષથી વધુ સમયથી સંઘનો એક જ મકસદ છે - ખડાયતા યુવાનો માટે એક મંચ પૂરો પાડવો જ્યાં તેઓ પોતાના ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રગતિ કરી શકે અને સમાજમાં નેતૃત્વ પ્રદાન કરી શકે.
આપણે આ માર્ગ પર આગળ વધીએ અને શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈ સંજયભાઈ સુતારિયાના દૃષ્ટિકોણ હેઠળ ખડાયતા યુવાનોના ભવિષ્યને આકાર આપીએ.

શ્રી બ્રિજ સંજયભાઈ સુતરીયા
ઉમરેઠ એકડો, વિશા ખડાયતા શ્રી ચીમનલાલ ત્રીભોવનદાસ સુતરીયા પરિવારમાં બ્રિજ સુતરીયાનો જન્મ તા.૧૦.૦૪.૧૯૮૯ના રોજ નડિયાદ મુકામે થયો હતો, જે તેમના પરદાદા થાય છે. જ્ઞાતિરત્ન શ્રી નવિનચંદ્ર ચીમનલાલ સુતરીયા તેમના દાદાજી, સરલાબેન નવીનચંદ્ર સુતરીયા તેમના દાદીજી, પિતા સંજય નવિનચંદ્ર સુતરીયા અને માતા છાયાબેન સંજય સુતરીયા, નાની બહેન હિરલ સુતરીયા અને તેમના પરિવારમાં પત્ની નમ્રતા ચાર્ટર્ડ એકાઉન્ટન્ટ અને લાડકી દીકરી ઉ. વર્ષ ૩ ચિ. લખી સુતરીયા છે. તેમનો ઉછેર કાયમ મુંબઇમાં થયો. ઘો. ૧ થી ૧૦ ધોરણ સુધી ન્યુ એરા સ્કુલની પ્રવૃત્તિમાં, કે. સી. કોલેજ ૧૨મી, ઇન્ટિસ્ટટયૂટ ઓફ કેમિકલ ટેકનોલોજી(UDCT-Mumbai) માંથી બી. ટેક ભણતર કરી અને જમનાલાલ બજાજ ઇન્સ્ટીટ્યુટ ઓફ મેનેજમેન્ટ સ્ટડીસ (JBIMS-Mumbai)માંથી માર્કેટિંગ મેનેજમેન્ટ કર્યું. બાદ ઇન્ડિયન ઇન્ટિસ્ટટયૂટ ઓફ ફોરેઇન ટ્રેડ (IIFT-Delhi)માંથી હાયર મેનેજમેન્ટની તાલીમ લઇ વેપારમાં વિકાસ સાધ્યો અને તેઓ મેન્યુફેક્ચરીંગ અને એક્સપોર્ટ ઓફ ફુડ ફ્લેવર, ઈન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ ફ્રેગરન્સ વી. અને એજ્યુકેશન ઈન્સ્ટીટ્યુટ / કોચિંગ ક્લાસની મેન્ટરશીપ અને એડવ્સેટાઇઝીંગનું કામકાજ કરતા સારી સફળતા પ્રાપ્ત કરેલી છે.
તેઓ સી.એસ. ફલેવર્સ અને ફેગ્રનસીસ (C.S. Flavours and Fragrances) કંપનીના ડાયરેક્ટર છે. વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨માં તેમણે બેસ્ટ ફેગ્રનસ પ્રોડક્ટસ એક્સપોટરનો પ્રતિષ્ઠિત ઈન્ટરનેશનલ એવોર્ડ મેળવેલ છે. વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩ સી.એસ. ફલેવર્સ અને ફેગ્રનસીસને જોર્ડન ચેમ્બર ઓફ કોમર્સ એન્ડ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રી Detex દ્વારા પર શ્રેષ્ઠ પરફ્યુમ એવોર્ડ મળ્યો. એવોર્ડ જીતનાર એકમાત્ર ભારતીય કંપની છે.
ઉપરાંત ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રી આઉટલુક ૨૦૨૨એ સી.એસ. ફલેવર્સ અને ફેગ્રનસીસ (C.S.Flavours and Fragrances)કંપનીને ભારતમાં ટોચની ૧૦ ફ્લેવર અને ફ્રેગરન્સ ઉત્પાદકોમાં સ્થાન આપ્યું છે.
તેઓ મોટરસ્પોર્ટસમા રુચી રાખે છે અને પોતે ફોરમુલા 4 (F4)ચેમ્પેઈનશીપમા નેશનલ લેવલે ભાગ લઈ ભારતના ટોચના ૫૦ ફાસ્ટેસ્ટ ડ્રાઈવરમા નામ છે. જાતે તબલા વાદક પણ છે. જે પરિવારમાં સમાજ સેવા ગુળથુથીમાં મળેલી છે. તેઓ હાલમાં શ્રી નાથદ્વારા ખડાયતા ભુવનના ટ્રસ્ટી અને નવા બનતા રિસોર્ટ શ્રી બ્રિજ નવિનચંદ્ર સુતરીયા આરોગ્યધામના મુખ્યદાતા છે. શ્રી લક્ષ્મીનારાયણ ટ્રસ્ટ વડોદરાના ટ્રસ્ટી છે. ૨૦મી ખડાયતા પરિષદ સુરતના મંત્રી છે. ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘ ના પ્રમુખ છે. સમાજની વિવિધ સંસ્થામાં તેમનો અમૂલ્ય સમય પણ આપી રહ્યાં છે.
તેમના દાદા શ્રી નવિનચંદ્ર સુતરીયા વર્ષ ૧૯૮૮-૮૯માં ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘના પ્રમુખ રહી ચુકેલા છે. તેમના પિતા શ્રી સંજયભાઈ સુતરીયા વર્ષ ૨૦૧૦-૧૧માં પ્રમુખ રહી ચુકેલા છે. હવે ત્રીજી પેઢીમાં શ્રી બ્રિજશભાઈ સુતરીયા ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘ મુંબઈના પ્રમુખ બનીને સેવા આપી રહ્યાં છે.
About Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh
Founded in July 1932, the “Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh” has long been a beacon of youth empowerment and community engagement. The foundation was laid by Shri Champklal Naginlal Mashruwala, with the support of renowned figures such as Dr. Manubhai Nathjibhai Nagarsheth, Shri Tribhuvandas Chunilal Shah, Shri Keshavlal Somalal Shah, and Shri Chhbiladas Lakshmichand Shah. Their shared vision was clear: to create a platform that would nurture the growth, development, and leadership of young individuals within the Khadayata community. Over the decades, the Sangh has not only served as a hub for young people but has also launched important publications. In 1940, the organization introduced the “Utkkranti” quarterly magazine, which was later renamed to “Khadayata Yuvak” in 1941 and became a bi-monthly publication in 1948. The magazine eventually switched to a monthly publication in 1948 and, from 1953 onward, was managed collaboratively by the “Shri Khadayata Samaj” and a committee formed by both organizations.
As the years progressed, each new generation of leaders has left a lasting impact on the Sangh’s activities. From the Silver Jubilee celebrations in 1956-57, led by Shri Keshavlal Somalal Shah, to the Golden Jubilee in 1982, under Dr. Arvindbhai Jashubhai Kamdara, every milestone has been a testament to the Sangh’s enduring commitment to the youth. Notable contributions also include initiatives like the talent search program and marriage interest lists introduced by Shri Navinchand Chimanlal Sutariya in 1986-87, as well as the various youth conferences and creative endeavors organized by leaders such as Shri Dilipbhai Mahasukhlal Shah and Shri Chandrakant Natwarlal Shah.
In recent years, the Sangh has kept its momentum alive with innovative programs like the Khadayata Khameer initiative and the Khadayata Reality Show, led by Shri Hitendra Bhai Gandhi in 2009-10. These creative platforms continue to inspire the youth to explore their talents and engage in social causes. Successive leaders like Shri Sanmukhbhai Mohanlal Shah, Shri Ashwinbhai Liladhar Shah, Shri Sanjaybhai Navinchand Sutariya, Shri Hreshbhai Champklal Shah, Shri Yogeshbhai Kirtanlal Shah, and Shri Dharmendra Bhai Hasmukhrai Modi have continued to elevate the Sangh’s mission with impactful programs that unite and empower youth.
The Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh is not just a platform—it’s a movement that embodies the spirit of youth, leadership, and community service. It is, above all, a place where young individuals are encouraged to grow, learn, and become responsible leaders.
Today, Shri Brijbhai’s leadership continues to inspire, driving the Sangh forward and ensuring that it remains a vital platform for youth growth and empowerment.

Mr. Brij Sanjaybhai Sutaria
Mr. Brij Sutariya was born on April 10, 1989, in Nadiad, into the Umreth Ekdo, Visha Khadayata family of Shri Chimanlal Tribhovandas Sutariya, his great-grandfather. His grandfather Shri Navinchandra Chimanlal Sutariya was pride of the community and his grandmother was Sarlaben Navinchandra Sutariya. His father, Sanjay Navinchandra Sutariya, and mother, Chhayaben Sanjay Sutariya, raised him along with his younger sister, Hiral Sutariya. He is married to Namrata Sutariya, a Chartered Accountant, and they have a three-year-old daughter, Lakhi Sutariya.
Although born in Gujarat, he was raised in Mumbai. He completed his schooling (Grades 1 to 10) at New Era School, followed by 12th grade at K.C. College. He pursued a B.Tech from the Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT-Mumbai) and later earned a Marketing Management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS-Mumbai). Additionally, he completed Higher Management training at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT-Delhi), which helped him advance in his business career.
Mr. Brij Sutariya has successfully established himself in the manufacturing and export of food flavors, industrial fragrances, and education coaching institutes. He is also involved in mentorship and advertising services.
Currently, he is the Director of C.S. Flavours and Fragrances. In 2022, he received the Best Fragrance Products Exporter Award at the prestigious International Awards. In 2023, his company won the Best Perfume Award from Jordan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Detex), making it the only Indian company to achieve this honor.
Moreover, Industry Outlook 2022 ranked C.S. Flavours and Fragrances among the Top 10 Flavor and Fragrance Manufacturers in India.
Beyond business, Mr. Brij Sutariya has a strong passion for motorsports. He has competed in the Formula 4 (F4) Championship at the national level and is recognized among India’s Top 50 Fastest Drivers. He is also a tabla player.

His grandfather, Shri Navinchandra Sutariya, served as President of Khadayata Yuvak Sangh in 1988-89, and his father, Shri Sanjaybhai Sutariya, held the same position in 2010-11. Now, as the third generation, Mr. Brij Sutariya continues the legacy as the President of Khadayata Yuvak Sangh, Mumbai, dedicated to serving the community.
