શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘનું પરિચય
“શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘ” ની સ્થાપના જુલાઈ 1932માં શ્રી ચંપકલાલ નાગિનલાલ માશ્રુવાલા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ સંસ્થાની સ્થાપનામાં ડૉ. મનુભાઈ નાથજીભાઈ નાગર્શેઠ, શ્રી ત્રિભુવનદાસ ચૂણિલાલ શાહ, શ્રી કેશવલાલ સોમલાલ શાહ અને શ્રી છબિલદાસ લક્ષ્મીચંદ શાહ જેવા પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કાર્યકર્તાઓનો પણ સહયોગ રહ્યો. આ સંસ્થાનું મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ હતું - ખડાયતા સમુદાયના યુવાનોના વિકાસ, પ્રગતિ અને નેતૃત્વને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું.
વર્ષોથી, આ સંઘ યુવાનો માટે માત્ર એક સંગઠન નહીં, પરંતુ નાનાં-નાનાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રકલ્પો શરૂ કરવા માટેનું મંચ બની ચૂક્યું છે. 1940માં, સંઘે “ઉત્ક્રાંતિ” નામક માસિક પાઠ્યપુસ્તકનું પ્રકાશન શરૂ કર્યું હતું, જેને 1941માં “ખડાયતા યુવક” તરીકે નામ બદલી આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. 1948માં આ પત્રિકાને બાઈમાસિક અને 1953 પછી માસિક બનાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
કેટલાય વર્ષો પછી, દરેક નવી પેઢી એ સંઘની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ પર સુંદર અસર છોડીને ગઈ છે. 1956-57ના ચાંદીના જયંતી ઉજવણીના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન શ્રી કેશવલાલ સોમલાલ શાહના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ, અને 1982માં સુવર્ણ જયંતી ઉજવણી દરમિયાન ડૉ. આરવિંદભાઈ જશુભાઈ કાંદારા દ્વારા અનેક મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ચાલતા રહ્યા છે.
આગળના દિવસોમાં, સંઘે વિવિધ નવી યોજનાઓ શરૂ કરી જેમ કે 1986-87માં શ્રી નવિંચંદ ચીમનલાલ સુતારિયાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ટેલન્ટ સર્ચ પ્રોગ્રામ અને મેરેજ ઇન્ટરસ્ટ લિસ્ટ, તેમજ અન્ય સર્જનાત્મક કાર્યક્રમો જેમ કે “ખડાયતા ખમેર” અને “ખડાયતા રિયલિટી શો” જે 2009-10માં શ્રી હિતેન્દ્રભાઈ ગાંધી દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા.
આજે, શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળ, સંઘ યથાવત્ યુવાનો માટે પ્રેરણા અને સમાજસેવા માટેની નવી નવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ વિકસિત કરી રહ્યો છે. 90 વર્ષથી વધુ સમયથી સંઘનો એક જ મકસદ છે - ખડાયતા યુવાનો માટે એક મંચ પૂરો પાડવો જ્યાં તેઓ પોતાના ક્ષેત્રમાં પ્રગતિ કરી શકે અને સમાજમાં નેતૃત્વ પ્રદાન કરી શકે.
આપણે આ માર્ગ પર આગળ વધીએ અને શ્રી બ્રિજભાઈ સંજયભાઈ સુતારિયાના દૃષ્ટિકોણ હેઠળ ખડાયતા યુવાનોના ભવિષ્યને આકાર આપીએ.

શ્રી મૌલિકભાઈ કેતનભાઈ શાહ
શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘ - મુંબઈના નવા વરાયેલા પ્રમુખ શ્રી મૌલિકભાઈ કેતનભાઈ શાહ નો જન્મ તા. ૧૧-૫-૧૯૯૨ ના રોજ કાંદિવલી મુકામે થયો હતો. તેઓ શ્રી કેતનભાઈ નવનીતલાલ શાહ અને શ્રીમતી રીટાબેન કેતનભાઈ શાહના દ્વિતીય પુત્ર છે.
વર્ષ ૨૦૦૮ માં સારા માર્કે S.S.C. પાસ કરીને મીઠીબાઈ કોલેજમાં B. Com. નો અભ્યાસ કરી વર્ષ ૨૦૧૩ માં B. Com. ની ડિગ્રી હાંસલ કરી. સાથે સાથે C.A. નો અભ્યાસ કરીને વર્ષ ૨૦૧૪ માં Chartered Accountant થયા. શરૂઆતમાં ત્રણ વર્ષ Idea Company માં જોબ કરીને પ્રાથમિક અનુભવ મેળવ્યો અને ત્યારબાદ પોતાની C.A. ની ફર્મ SMCR & Co. ના નામે શરૂ કરી અને આજે સારી રીતે તે ફર્મ ચલાવી રહ્યા છે.
મૌલિકભાઈને નાનપણથી જ ક્રિકેટમાં ખૂબજ ઉંડો રસ હતો. જેને કારણે છેલ્લા દસ વર્ષથી શ્રી મોડાસા એકડા વિશા ખડાયતા કોવાડીયા મંડળમાં ક્રિકેટ ટુર્નામેન્ટનુ આયોજન સંભાળી રહ્યા છે. ક્રિકેટમાં ઓલ-રાઉન્ડર દેખાવ કરીને દર વર્ષે એવોર્ડ પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ છે. મીઠીબાઈ કોલેજમાં એક વર્ષ બેડમિંન્ટનની ટીમમાં પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કર્યું હતું.
વર્ષ ૨૦૧૮ માં તેઓ અ.સૌ. ફોરમ સાથે લગ્નગ્રંથીથી જોડાયા. તેઓને ચિ. આદ્રીતી અને ચિ. અવ્યુક્ત બે બાળકો છે.
વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ અને ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માં તેઓ શ્રી ખડાયતા યુવક સંઘમાં ઉપપ્રમુખ તરીકેનો હોદો સંભાળ્યો હતો અને પ્રમુખ શ્રી બ્રીજભાઈ સંજયભાઈ સુતરીયાને બે વર્ષ દરમિયાન ના કાર્યક્રમોમાં અન્ય હોદેદારોની સાથે ખૂબજ સુંદર સાથ-સહકાર આપ્યો હતો. આ વર્ષે તેઓ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૫-૨૬ માટે પ્રમુખ તરીકેનો હોદ્દો સંભાળ્યો છે.

About Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh
Founded in July 1932, the “Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh” has long been a beacon of youth empowerment and community engagement. The foundation was laid by Shri Champklal Naginlal Mashruwala, with the support of renowned figures such as Dr. Manubhai Nathjibhai Nagarsheth, Shri Tribhuvandas Chunilal Shah, Shri Keshavlal Somalal Shah, and Shri Chhbiladas Lakshmichand Shah. Their shared vision was clear: to create a platform that would nurture the growth, development, and leadership of young individuals within the Khadayata community. Over the decades, the Sangh has not only served as a hub for young people but has also launched important publications. In 1940, the organization introduced the “Utkkranti” quarterly magazine, which was later renamed to “Khadayata Yuvak” in 1941 and became a bi-monthly publication in 1948. The magazine eventually switched to a monthly publication in 1948 and, from 1953 onward, was managed collaboratively by the “Shri Khadayata Samaj” and a committee formed by both organizations.
As the years progressed, each new generation of leaders has left a lasting impact on the Sangh’s activities. From the Silver Jubilee celebrations in 1956-57, led by Shri Keshavlal Somalal Shah, to the Golden Jubilee in 1982, under Dr. Arvindbhai Jashubhai Kamdara, every milestone has been a testament to the Sangh’s enduring commitment to the youth. Notable contributions also include initiatives like the talent search program and marriage interest lists introduced by Shri Navinchand Chimanlal Sutariya in 1986-87, as well as the various youth conferences and creative endeavors organized by leaders such as Shri Dilipbhai Mahasukhlal Shah and Shri Chandrakant Natwarlal Shah.
In recent years, the Sangh has kept its momentum alive with innovative programs like the Khadayata Khameer initiative and the Khadayata Reality Show, led by Shri Hitendra Bhai Gandhi in 2009-10. These creative platforms continue to inspire the youth to explore their talents and engage in social causes. Successive leaders like Shri Sanmukhbhai Mohanlal Shah, Shri Ashwinbhai Liladhar Shah, Shri Sanjaybhai Navinchand Sutariya, Shri Hreshbhai Champklal Shah, Shri Yogeshbhai Kirtanlal Shah, and Shri Dharmendra Bhai Hasmukhrai Modi have continued to elevate the Sangh’s mission with impactful programs that unite and empower youth.
The Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh is not just a platform—it’s a movement that embodies the spirit of youth, leadership, and community service. It is, above all, a place where young individuals are encouraged to grow, learn, and become responsible leaders.
Today, Shri Brijbhai’s leadership continues to inspire, driving the Sangh forward and ensuring that it remains a vital platform for youth growth and empowerment.

Shri Maulik Ketan Shah
Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh - Mumbai's newly elected President Shri Maulik Ketan Shah born on 11-5-1992 at Kandivali, Mumbai. He is the second son of Shri Ketanbhai Navneetlal Shah and Smt. Ritaben Ketanbhai Shah.
In the year 2008, he passed S.S.C. with good marks and studied B. Com. at Mithibai College and obtained B. Com. degree in the year 2013. Along with this, he studied C.A. and became Chartered Accountant in the year 2014. Initially, he worked in Idea Cellular Limited for three years and gained corporate experience and then started his own C.A. firm in the name of M/s S M C R & Co. and today he is running that firm successfully.
Maulikbhai had a deep interest in cricket since his childhood. Due to which, for the last ten years, Shri Modasa Ekda Visha Khadayata Kovadia Mandal has been organizing the cricket tournament. He has received awards every year for his all-round performance in cricket. He also has keen interest in Badminton and even represented Mithibai College in Inter College Tournament during First Year of Bcom.
In the year 2018, he got married to Mrs. Foram Shah and they have two children Aadriti and Avyukt.
In the year 2023-24 and 2024-25, he held the post of Vice President in Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh and gave very good support and cooperation to immediate Past President Shri Brij Sanjaybhai Sutaria along with other office bearers in the programs during the two years. This year, he is elected for the post of President for the year 2025-26.
We hope that he will bring all the young members of Shri Khadayata Yuvak Sangh under one roof and take the organization to new heights.
